Animal Project
Part 1:
:There are 2 things you will be doing in Part 1 (make sure you have your animal project worksheet).
First, you will be observing various animals at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California. Take a look around at the live web cams and see what is going on. Maybe you'll even catch a feeding time! Write down interesting things you see. Second, you will be choosing one of the following topics to read more about on Britannica Elementary. Read and find at least 4 facts. CIRCLE one of these key words on your paper and use it as your "search" word once you sign in to Britannica: coral jellyfish shark otter penguin |
Part 2:

Today you will take the notes you took while learning about one of the animals from Part 1 on Britannica Elementary and creating a Google Slideshow.
You will find the template for your Google Slideshow project in an assignment called "Animal Project" on my Google Classroom. Ask your teacher for the code if you have not yet been added.
Here is an example below:
*Title page with topic and your name
*Complete sentences using capital letters, punctuation, and your best spelling
*1-2 pictures
(Suggested: at end identify the source of your information - Britannica School Elementary)
When you are all finished, go back to Google Classroom and click TURN IN.
